Meet @jennagetshergoals When I started I was close to 300lbs. I was a couch potato, eating fast food twice a day, and burying my negative feelings into food. At 27, I didn’t want to spend my whole life like this. Dedication to truly changing my lifestyle was the key. I eat clean and exercise because I love myself. I admire my body because it’s taken so much abuse over the years, and still works as hard as I do to achieve my goals. To me, body positivity means the freedom to love yourself exactly as you are. Any attempt to improve on yourself is just another act of self-love. Starting tip: Give it everything you got and be proud of any amount of progress! Remember, fitness is not a destination it’s a way of life! #wlstories . . .
